# Brandiron Benefits > Brandiron Benefits is a private-label platform that prices, approves and documents every self-funded health plan stack under the licensee's own brand. It is built for third-party administrators (TPAs), benefits brokers, benefits consultants and stop-loss MGUs. Brandiron Benefits is a product of Victor Vauss, LLC. Brandiron sits in front of a licensee's existing administrator and claims systems; it does not replace them. Officers build each employer group's plan stack, the owner approves it, and every approved version is locked, numbered and kept on the record. ## What it does - Stack builder: prices every component of an employer group's self-funded plan (TPA, PBM, network, stop-loss, care management, commissions, credits) by enrollment tier, with live monthly, annual and PEPM totals. - Owner approval: every stack sent for approval shows a dollar-level comparison to the last approved version. Nothing goes out without the owner's signature. - Numbered reports: approved stacks are locked and issued as branded, numbered PDF reports. - Audit trail: every action is logged and exportable as a fiduciary file. - Compensation disclosure records: compensation is documented line by line on every approved stack, supporting the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) disclosure rules for brokers and consultants to ERISA group health plans. - Employee intake: a branded sign-up link per employer group, versioned document acknowledgment, and a short health questionnaire delivered to a designated recipient and then deleted on schedule. - Private label: the licensee's logo, colors, sender name and web address throughout. - Built-in support: tickets opened from inside the platform arrive linked to the account and record in question. - Twelve modules included: commissions, stop-loss RFP, EDI 834 enrollment feeds, renewals, proposals and e-signature, premium billing, CRM, broker portal, employer HR dashboard, ACA reporting, claims analytics, COBRA and document vault. ## Security and compliance - Runs on infrastructure covered by a Business Associate Agreement; Brandiron signs a BAA with each licensee. - Encryption, multi-factor authentication for officers, record-level isolation between employer groups, and audit logging. - Brandiron documents compensation and approvals; the disclosure obligation itself remains with the broker or consultant. ## Who it is for TPAs, benefits brokers, benefits consultants and stop-loss MGUs administering or advising self-funded employer health plans, including public employers and school districts. ## Key pages - [Home](https://brandironbenefits.com/): product overview, live demo and FAQ - [Request a demo](https://brandironbenefits.com/#contact) - [Sample stack report](https://brandironbenefits.com/sample-report/) - [Privacy Policy](https://brandironbenefits.com/privacy/) - [Terms of Service](https://brandironbenefits.com/terms/) ## Contact hello@brandironbenefits.com
